General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

The International Agriculture Exhibition in Morocco (SIAM), held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, is the largest agricultural event in Africa, bringing together all segments of the sector across a 30-hectare exhibition space divided into 12 zones.

1. General Provisions

SIAM is governed by Moroccan law and registered in the Meknes Trade Registry under number 11262, with tax references IF 23839501 and ICE 001659391000064. Its headquarters are located in Meknes, at the Institute of Specialized Technicians in Horticulture. Admission tickets are available for purchase on the official ticketing website: www.salon-agriculture.ma

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets can be purchased online for both adult and child categories. After order confirmation, a confirmation email is sent. SIAM declines all responsibility for any errors made by the buyer during the online purchase process. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, even in the event of loss or theft.

3. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are sent by email once payment is received. They may be printed or displayed on a smartphone/tablet. Each e-ticket contains a unique QR code, valid for single entry only. The buyer is responsible for securing their account credentials and avoiding unauthorized access.

SIAM cannot be held liable for non-receipt of tickets due to incorrect information provided during the order. If an error is detected, the buyer must notify SIAM within 48 hours of receiving the ticket.

4. Pricing in Moroccan Dirhams

Prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Specific child pricing is subject to verification at the entrance. A valid ID may be required; otherwise, the adult rate will apply.

5. Payment

Credit card payments are secured via the CMI service. All banking information is encrypted. Once the order is validated, the sale is considered final and binding. No changes or cancellations are possible.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event the Exhibition is canceled, only the ticket price will be refunded. Other expenses (transportation, lodging, service, shipping, etc.) will not be covered. Refunds will be issued by bank transfer or check. In the case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date; otherwise, they will be refunded under the same conditions as a cancellation.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

9. Personal Data Protection

10. Digital Sale of the Official Catalogue

10.1 Availability

The official exhibitor catalogue is available for purchase in PDF digital format on the SIAM website. The file can be downloaded immediately after payment confirmation.

10.2 Download Conditions

After order validation and receipt of payment, a download link will be emailed to the buyer. This link is valid for 7 days from the date of dispatch. The buyer is responsible for storing and securing the downloaded file.

10.3 Usage Rights

The purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written authorization from SIAM.

10.4 No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued once the file is downloaded. In case of download issues, the buyer must contact customer support within 48 hours: contact@salon-agriculture.ma

10.5 Data Protection and Copyright

The catalogue is protected by copyright law. Any attempt to bypass the file’s security protections is subject to legal prosecution.
