Preamble
The International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM), under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the largest agricultural event in Africa, brings together all the sectors of the sector over an exhibition area of 30 hectares, divided into 12 centers.
1. General Provisions
SIAM, incorporated under Moroccan law, is registered in the Meknes Trade Register under number 11262, with tax references IF 23839501 and ICE 001659391000064. Its head office is located in Meknes, at the Institute of Specialized Technicians in Horticulture. Tickets for the show are available for purchase on the official ticketing website: www.salon-agriculture.ma
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
2. Purchase of Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online for both adult and child categories. After order validation, a confirmation email will be sent. SIAM declines all responsibility for errors made by the buyer when ordering online. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, even in the event of loss or theft.
3. Withdrawal of Tickets
Tickets are sent by email after payment has been received. They can be printed or presented on a smartphone/tablet. Each e-ticket has a unique QR code, valid for a single entry. It is the buyer's responsibility to secure their password and prevent unauthorized access.
SIAM cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the ticket in the event of incorrect information being provided. If an error is discovered, the buyer must inform SIAM within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Prices in Dirhams
Prices are inclusive of all taxes. Children's rates are subject to verification upon entry. Proof of age may be required, or you will be required to pay the difference between the adult rate and the child rate.
5. Payment
Credit card payments are secured via the CMI service. All banking information is encrypted. Once the order is validated, the sale is considered final and binding. No changes or cancellations are possible.
6. Cancellation and Refund
In the event of cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded. Other costs (transportation, accommodation, administration, shipping, etc.) will not be covered. Refunds will be made by bank transfer or check. In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date; otherwise, they may be refunded under the same conditions as for cancellation.
7. Réclamations

8. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
9. Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose your personal data by contacting: contact@salon-agriculture.ma.
10. Sale of the Official Catalogue in Digital Format
10.1 Availability
Le catalogue officiel des exposants est disponible à l’achat en format numérique PDF sur le site officiel du SIAM. Le fichier PDF peut être téléchargé immédiatement après la confirmation du paiement.
10.2 Conditions de Téléchargement
After order validation and receipt of payment, a download link will be emailed to the buyer. This link is valid for 7 days from the date of dispatch. The buyer is responsible for storing and securing the downloaded file.
10.3 Rights of Use
Purchasing the digital catalog grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the written consent of SIAM.
10.4 No Reimbursement
Étant donné la nature numérique du produit, aucun remboursement ne sera accordé après le téléchargement du fichier. En cas de problème avec le lien de téléchargement, l’acheteur doit contacter le service consommateurs à contact@salon-agriculture.ma dans un délai de 48 heures.
